  They double charged my card for groceries. Told me to come back the next day to my card credited back the second charge. I have personally tried to get my money back from their so called "customer service desk" over 4 times and still no solution. I provided bank statements, my phone number, notes from the cashier for that transaction and still NOTHING! I spend thousands of dollars at this business a year and this is how they treat their customers. So please understand if they double charge your card, don't expect to get your hard earned money back. I will be contacting the better business bureau tomorrow to let them know how greedy and negligent their customer service reps are.

  Safeway usually has everything I want but sometimes their shelves aren't stocked and I end up buying a different brand. But the employees are awesome. They'll help you find anything. I love my Safeway! :)
